LAUREN CARSON - (Kingston, ON):
Set time: 1:00am - 2:00am
Velvet-voiced singer/songwriter Lauren Carson has a simple goal: to make the regular moments special. Described a sunrise by Soundcheck Entertainment, cozy up to her unmistakable aura and feel nostalgic for things you’ve never even known. After several years of cutting her teeth on the Kingston bar scene, Lauren is currently promoting her debut EP Earl St. and hopes her honest odes to loneliness and youth will welcome all.
MILL RIGHTS - (Kingston, ON):
Set time: 11:45pm - 12:30pm
The Mill Rights are a group of hard-workin’ full-time friends on a mission to forge their own timeless body of music. "...they’d opt to call themselves “roots rock with a side of twang,” but the true glory of this Ontario-based unit – as exemplified on their self-titled debut The Mill Rights – is the ease at which they glide through genres.
JUKEBOX COUNTY - (Kingston, ON):
Set time: 10:30pm - 11:15pm
Drawing from influences such as Neil Young, Nick Drake, Ween, Velvet Underground, and The Beatles, JukeBox County music contains deep dialogues about what makes us human and how we cope with the questions that come with this profound and (at times) disheartening existence.
